It all depends upon how astute his lawyers are at judge shopping. My money is on James Woods, he’s no fool and he has the resources to fight through the artificial obstacles the left will try to erect.
He’s right, we need more who will stand up and fight for principle and their reputations. The RINO’S like the Bush clan, never fight back…hopefully we’ll only see those sissy metrosexual assistant dimocRAT’s in our rear view mirrors.
There is a term for malcontents who sow dissention in the ranks with the aim to harm morale.

There’s no way he can win a lawsuit of this nature. All of the parties involved were private citizens. None were acting as government officials. You can sue officials acting in an official capacity if they censor you, but you can’t sue private citizens for complaining about you or blocking your account.
This is just theater, like most political lawsuits and threats of suits.
Woods should play Biden in a conservative-funded feature film about the 2020 election - dramatizing all of the details we know about the dementia, the fraud, and Hunter’s behavior. That’s the best way for him to get revenge.
