I have absolutely zero respect for Rep Gaetz and similar for Levin, but don’t know the others.
I wonder what Levin is getting in return for falling in line with the establishment.

That is a misleading statement. He was for Cruz in the primaries. Just like many of us. He is currently one of Trumps biggest supporters.
In answer to another previous reply in this post, Levin has been railing against the Turtle several times a broadcast.
I wouldn’t be so cynical if the GOP had a better track record for producing results. The party is long on talk, but short on action.
Levin belongs in the scrap heap of history, just like Lyn’ Ted. Conservatives in the house, like the Freedom Caucus, need to secure committee chairs and other commitments if they are to support McCarthy. And get promises from his to stop undermining Republicans and conservatives. Now is the time to get those agreements to get support.
McCarthy aside, Gaetz is a bonehead.
Levin has his own agenda, which includes sending a blank
check to Ukraine.
Heard Russ Voight say this is the way Mark Meaodows got rid of Boehner. Said that they have their own set of rules apart from Dems and the threat if people like Liz Cheney getting voted in is not hoping to happen.

I like and have a lot of respect for Mark Levin, but I wonder if, in a few months, he’ll be castigating McCarthy and the GOPe for failing to implement their agenda. Or, more likely, for refusing to implement their agenda.

I think that’s very likely. Levin complains about Republican leaders not then also supports them having power. He’s a mess.

Always amused that people on FR don’t understand leverage and how/when to use it. Hint: once McCarthy is sworn in as Speaker, you don’t have leverage anymore.
And Levin railing against the folks trying to fight McCarthy the RINO tells you a lot about LEVIN, doesn’t it? Just another uniparty stooge making a buck by fooling people into buying his books.
His biggest agenda is getting stupid people to buy his moronic books that he spends 2 weeks writing.
The reason we cannot avoid a RINO speaker is because at any one time the vast majority of GOP reps are moderates. The conservative caucus numbers 40-50. You need 218 votes to become Speaker. Only a RINO can get to 218.
