Former Vice President Mike Pence on Monday said former President Trump was “wrong” to have dinner with white nationalist Nick Fuentes last week, but said he does not believe Trump is an antisemite or racist.
“President Trump was wrong to give a white nationalist, an antisemite and a Holocaust denier a seat at the table, and I think he should apologize,” Pence told NewsNation in an interview.
“With that being said, as I point out in the book as well, I don’t believe Donald Trump is an antisemite. I don’t believe he’s a racist or a bigot,” Pence continued. “I would not have been his vice president if he was.”
“But I think the president demonstrated profoundly poor judgment in giving those individuals a seat at the table, and as I said, I think he should apologize for it,” Pence said. “He should denounce them without qualification.”

Pence has probably had dinner with more than one white supremacist, racist, bigot, pervert, and anti-semite during the course of his career. When the time comes opposition researchers will find the photo and Pence will be getting the same kind of coordinated attacks aimed at Trump.
Someone needs to point out to Pence that the guy was an uninvited guest. President Trump invited West. West brought the guy along with him. That guy said himself that President Trump was surprised to see him and didn’t know who he was.
Apparently, the President learned who he was before the dinner ended and yelled at West for bringing that guy along with him.
These facts have all been covered by several outlets. Not one of the MSM outlets of course.
As a man who wears his Christianity on his sleeve Pence should be well aware that Christ hung out with all the scum and evil people of His day as all were children of God and worthy of forgiveness.
Take the board out of your mouth, Pence, before you complain about the splinter in Trumps.

Trump never apologizes for anything—except picking you as his VP.
Trump has already done that multiple times. It hasn't stopped Joe Biden or any other leftist Democrat from repeating their lie about Trump praising white supremacists at Charlottesville even though the tape recording of Trump's statement shows that he condemned them.
Can anyone recall an instance where a former democrat vice-president criticized his former boss the way Pence constantly does Trump? And, he goes on the most left-wing political rags in which to do so. I suspect Pence probably did more to undermine Trump during his Presidency than even the FBI and DOJ. Heck, he was probably one of the anonymous sources the WaPo and NYTs were constantly quoting.
This was not an intimate dinner anyway...There were quite a few other people on the patio at this dinner....
Apparently racist is a bridge too far for him. Being a racist is the most evil thing in the world....worse than murder or abortion even. In the minds of too many Americans.

You think President Trump just eats with anybody nowadays? I think it's a lapse of judgment, especially on whoever is supposedly arranging his schedule. This was AFTER he announced he was running in 2024 too.

Mike Pence has become the biggest troll in history. He’s able to make the most people angry with the stupidest comments, thus winning troll of the year award. I guess he’s proud of that.
One thing President Trump is, is gentleman. He likes West and is trying to help him. So West shows up with a couple guys who Trump doesn’t know anything about. He heard them out. They then left. Trump said what happened. I believe him. He isn’t in the habit of lying. He may exaggerate sometimes but big deal. Don’t we all sometimes?

Sharpton is an anti Semite and a black supremacist, and he was invited into the White House to meet with the alleged president who is himself a racist.
And Kanye asked for the dinner to ask Trump to be his running mate. sign. I do like that Trump is loyal to a fault though.
