Qatar cannot control the local fans on this. Hardly news. And yes, letting Qatar host because of $$$ was REALLY stupid. This is a MUCH better operation than the Olympics, and REAL international countries that like this soccer/futbol stuff would be happy to be good hosts and reap the benefits without going broke. Germany, Japan, Australia, India, England even Argentina or Chile would have been a better choice. Better for the sport, too.
