China is in the midst of combining their social credit score to digital money.
You will get in trouble in China if you don’t have a cell phone on you at all times.
Canada froze bank accounts of people who donated $20 to the truckers strike/protest.
AI is just about advanced enough to intelligently track and react to an unreal amount of data.
New cars will soon be required to have remote shut down capability.

Put them all together and replace the USD with it and you have a complete control system.
