Candace Cameron Bure Leaves ‘Woke’ Hallmark, Says New Network Will Focus on ‘Traditional Marriage’, Left Loses Their Minds

Former Hallmark Channel star Candace Cameron Bure left that now-"woke" network, and has revealed that her new TV network will focus on “traditional marriage,” as opposed to gay couples, in its Christmas movies.

For that unforgivable offense, the conservative actress has been attacked as a homophobe and a bigot, and has even been compared to Eva Braun.

In an interview Monday in The Wall Street Journal, Candace Cameron Bure spoke about the Great American Family network, for which she serves as the chief creative officer.

She joined the family-oriented network after departing the Hallmark Channel, where she starred in numerous Christmas movies before the channel decided to go woke by vigorously embracing LGBTQ plotlines and characters - and turning off a huge part of its fanbase, causing ratings to plummet, especially around Christmastime.

“I think that Great American Family will keep traditional marriage at the core,” she told the newspaper when asked about the subject.

“GAC fits my brand perfectly....we share a vision of creating compelling, wholesome content for an audience who wants to watch programming for and with the whole family. Great, quality entertainment with a positive message is what my partnership with GAC is all about.”

Now with the holidays fast approaching and a “Great American Christmas” series set to rival Hallmark’s annual “Countdown to Christmas” programming, Bure has hinted that, unlike Hallmark, GAF will present basic Christian teaching, including marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman.

But Bure’s brief comment has sparked outrage from the LGBTQ cancel mob, as well as fellow entertainment industry names. Actress Hilarie Burton called her a “bigot” in a tweet. “You ride that prejudice wave all the way to the bank.”

We ditched cable a couple years ago and don’t miss it at all. So much crap. Got Fubo for less than half the price of DirecTV. Bought a couple of Rokus which cost nothing after the purchase, which was only about $30 each. Still so much to watch if we want to.

Did the same, we had a $290 June bill with Frontier in CA. TV / Internet/ Landline. Now it’s about $110 a month after cutting the cord but essentially having the same services. Yes, some one year promo pricing but still after a year $160 a month. We added a couple streaming apps to fill in a few channel gaps.. Disc+ and FRNDLY for another $14.

A neighbor who has cable TV is interested in Great American Community.

Thanks for the pricing info on FRNDLY. I have sent to my neighbor—I am asking how people are watching GAC. She has cable TV, so it may be trickier for her to get it. Not sure how her TV is wired.

If she has a smart TV or an add on streaming box like Roku or fire tv stick then she would just search to download the FRNDLY channel app. It’s separate from the cable channel set-up. Once I download the FRNDLY app toy smart tv I had to join FRNDLY via my Computer and follow the instructions to get my tv set up.

But now with more gay people added in to make it more unwatchable.

If Hallmark insists on their audience to view movies with LMGTQ+ actors, I wish they would warn viewers in the description or before the show starts. It is sickening for me to see 2 guys kissing 30 minutes after the movie started. All other movies are rated G, PG, R or X. Couldn't they add LMGTQ+ as a new rating, so I could choose beforehand to not record it? Is this their strategy to force me to accept these lifestyles are normal when they are not?
