Former first daughter Ivanka Trump said late Tuesday that she would play no part in her father’s 2024 presidential campaign, one day after The Post reported the former commander-in-chief had pleaded with her to be on stage with him when he announced his run.
“I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics,” Ivanka, 41, said in a statement.
“While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena,” she added. “I am grateful to have had the honor of serving the American people and I will always be proud of many of our administration’s accomplishments.”

Sources told The Post Monday that Donald Trump, 76, spent part of daughter Tiffany’s wedding this past weekend trying to cajole Jared and Ivanka to join him on stage for the announcement and present a united family front — appeals that were rejected.

Got that. But also recognize that Jared was the Abraham Accords. There are those that complain about his business deals in Saudi. Those deals were in their infancy earlier on. He could do the ACs because he knew some of the principals already.

Did you miss where both Kushner admitted to leaking to liberal rags. And that Bannon was leaking...and that Ivanka pushing for the Paris Accords makes sense but that Bannon won over her.
I get that you a big Ivanka fan...but try to step back and accept the fact that both her and her husband were big libs before trump ran for office...and Jared leaked info to those liberal rags.
btw, the supposed insider to Bannon who posts here kept claiming all was well between Bannon and Kushner and that there was no leaking
We now know that was bunk.
It was pretty clear Jared and Ivanka were big obstacles...but so was Bannon in his own way.
If she is truly going to follow through of course. That remains to be seen.

I don’t give a sh*t what his daughter was talking about or what she was trying to push. My only concern was what her father did. And what he did worked for me.

Kusner leaked to lib rags. He admitted it. So you can’t claim they would not leak info to lib rags.

He and Ivanka have to separate due to all of Donald’s business dealings/ The Trump Organization being under lawfare attack from NY State Attorney General and others.
Jared has his own wealth and wealth building and deal making going on. Ivanka and Jared are separating from Donald Trump for plain old business reasons. Among other factors.
So Kushner and Bannon leaked. Kushner, bad. Bannon, Good.
Everyone leaked on the guy, because outside his kids, everyone hated him. So, I’m not backtracking on anything.
Damn near everyone is bashing the two of them as if they were instrumental in all of the President’s policy decisions. I still haven’t seen one instance of that being the case.
As I’ve stated, I’m no fan of Kushner. I know who he is, how is dad went to prison, etc and how he wouldn’t be my first pick for anything.
But, again, he was given a task by the President and he completed that task. Ergo, he was instrumental in getting the Abraham Accords. I have no problem giving credit where credit is due.
I’m betting that he was picked because he was going to do what he was told and not interject any GOPe/UNITPARTY BS.
His orders were probably something like...go there, tell them this, and let me know what they say.
I already posted a link to that information. Kushner’s Saudi investments deal. He got that deal because he put together the Abraham accords. That put together Israel and Saudi Arabia and few other Sunni Arab nations. To link up against Shiite Muslim Iran

I’m not seeing some that I recall, especially some that were taken with her father on the roof of a building, IIRC, that were cringe-worthy. It could be that they’ve been scrubbed (but why?)

If Jarred and Ivanka drop out of politics that only leaves Trump with 7 people in politics, he can actually trust.
I don’t blame her for not wanting to be involved his his campaign/next admin....and, am actually thankful, for that.
I DO think it’s petty of her, to not at least attend his announcement...especially since Jared was able to attend.
If it was a kid conflict....let Jared go, and, she be there with her siblings, for her dad.
