Officials from Arizona’s most populous county, Maricopa, released results from 98,618 ballots Sunday night that broke 54.6 percent in favor of Republican Kari Lake, bringing her closer to Democrat Katie Hobbs.
ABC 15 Data Analyst Garret Archer reported the batch breakdown to be 54.6 percent in favor of Lake and 45.4 percent in favor of Democrat Katie Hobbs, giving Lake a net gain of 8,911 votes. Maricopa County election officials noted in a press release that “nearly all” of the ballots in the batch “were dropped off on Election Day,” which have been widely expected to break for Republican candidates.

Fully observed, day-of counting with a continuous chain of custody is required.
Mail-in ballots are intrinsically not secret ballots; one or more persons stand between the voter and the ballot being counted. This opens the door to illegalities; spoiling, altering, throwing out, or double counting ballots.
This is a legitimate travesty. Not a fan of government but national election law must be standardized and secure.
Something isn’t adding up. Either being told incorrect things or fraud.

Florida banned drop boxes, made mail-in votes available only by individual special request, (with proof of ID, and only for that one election cycle), and made vote harvesting a FELONY. Florida also set up an election integrity state police unit.
Florida ARRESTED AND CHARGED a few Rats for FELONY VOTE HARVESTING months ago. Word got around. What is SOP in many states, will land you in PRISON in Florida.
And THAT is why DeSantis won by 20 points, in a state where GOP voter registrations are only 51%.
Florida ran an honest election, nothing was “rigged” here.
As of 12 hours ago; ELECTION ALERT: An estimated 94,285 remain uncounted in Arizona.
They keep saying most would be for her but it’s gone from 73% counted to 98% counted and she’s gone from 34k down to 26k down.

Protect the election: Florida Republicans win court case banning ballot harvesting

TALLAHASSEE, FL – Recently, Florida democrats filed a lawsuit, Nielsen v DeSantis, in which they demanded several things. Mainly, they asked to eliminate postage for mail-in ballots, extending the deadline in which they can be accepted, and removing a ban which prevents paid workers from collecting ballots and turning them in, otherwise known as ballot harvesting.
Although it may seem that collecting ballots for people is a way to encourage them to vote and make it easier, some believe that it is a way to increase voter fraud.
That belief is why the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee and the Florida GOP fought the lawsuit.
This week, democrats withdrew the lawsuit, effectively giving Republicans a win.

The security and we’ll being of our financial system is heavily regulated with constant and vigilant outside auditing involved.
The electoral process (the basic foundation of our republic) should be under no less requirement in order to protect the rights of voters and the integrity of their votes.
There should be a campaign to hold elected official accountable to supporting the establishment of dual 3rd party audits of elections. Funding for these audits should come from the state.
Procedure for these audits should be established by the legislatures.
If these politicians harp so much about “democracy” and “voter’s rights” then they should put their money where their mouth is.

Florida woman arrested by election crimes unit, faces felony charges for voting in two states
The new Florida election crimes unit is on the job sniffing out fraud with the all-important midterm elections only days away and has announced the arrest of a woman who faces felony charges for casting ballots in two states in the same election cycle.
On Friday, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced that 55-year-old Cheryl Ann Leslie of Loxahatchee, a registered Democrat, was charged with voting in both Florida and Alaska in the 2020 state and federal primary elections.
According to an FDLE press release, “Inspectors with FDLE’s Election Crime Unit today arrested Cheryl Ann Leslie, 55, of Loxahatchee, on two counts of casting more than one ballot in an election. Both are third-degree felonies. The Florida Secretary of State’s Office of Election Crimes and Security assisted with the investigation.”
