Who cares at this point? The dems just stole the country blind, worse than in 2020, and no one in charge wants to admit it or do anything about it. A marginally Republican House will do nothing either, certainly won’t launch any investigations or impeachments, and McCarthy (who will still be Speaker) will immediately start talking about “bipartisan legislation” and the importance of working together with democrats. Whatever money we have left will go to Ukraine and “green energy” projects, and a smiling McCarthy and McConnell will appear with Schumer and whatever dolt replaces Pelosi to celebrate how their bipartisan legislation is “working for the people.”

Court packing, the state of New Columbia and the State of Puerto Rico do not see the light of day if the GOP get 218 or more seats. Also, GOP House oversight of the Biden administration starts. The House J6 committee goes away. That is how important this is.

I want the GOP to finally pass the measures that Trump promised when he ran in 2016: 1) The wall. 2). Real infrastructure. 3). Bring factories back home from low-pay Third World. 3) protect Social Security from goingvbroke - and NOT by cutting benefits; 4) forcecwoke hedge fund billionaires to pay taxes by closing the carried loophole exemption. 4) fox health care so it’s affordable for all.

Once they’ve delivered on these Trump MAGA promises - promises that Paul Ryan blocked - maybe then they can investigate Hunters laptop. But let’s get some MAGA policies enacted to actually make America Great again.

You’re WAY too optimistic. The whole system is compromised and corrupt, and Republican leadership is no better. I can easily see them enthusiastically going along with the dems on pretty much anything they want. They had to keep up appearances so long as MAGA was a threat to their livelihood, but now that they can see that the dem fraud machine has permanently fixed that little problem they can let their hair down, stop pretending to “serve the people”, and focus exclusively on being accepted as members of the “cool kids” club. And they’ll be free to stuff their own pockets like never before. This is their dream.

But please, someone try to tell me once again that “we’ll get ‘em next time.” I could use a laugh right now.

Do you think Biden would sign off on any of those things? Because while investigating Hunter’s laptop (and Biden’s selling access while in office) is something that they can do, getting any of those other things even to Biden’s desk is something they cannot do.
