House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy on Thursday revealed President Joe Biden called him to offer congratulations for apparently winning a majority in the House of Representatives.
“It was kind of short. He congratulated me,” McCarthy referring to a phone call he had with Biden on Wednesday. “So for anyone who thinks we didn’t win the majority. Joe, at least, believes we did as well.”
McCarthy spoke about his conversation with Biden in an interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters.

The race is on to get a Biden compliant speaker of the house.
Biden just said today that the Dems still have a shot at holding the House, but it would be like drawing an inside straight. Ominous.
Looking for the silver lining here, but the slimmest majority might be the best outcome for us. The mess Biden has made of things ain’t going away soon, and it will be harder to hang it on the republicans in 2024 (although the rats will try).
At least we’ll gain control of the committees.
ALL GOP Speakers have always been RINOS and ASSISTANT DEMOCRAPS from crybaby Boehner to Ryan etc.

Biden hasn’t even congratulated Netanyahu yet who legitimately won (because they can actually count their votes in an evening)
The house is STILL in play and there’s no way Biden would concede it, unless…

Biden finally calls Bibi. President Biden on Monday called former Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to congratulate him on his reelection victory. Biden also commended “Israel’s free and fair elections” and “reaffirmed the strength of the U.S.-Israel bilateral partnership,” said the White House, in confirming the call.
I hate to sat it but McCarthy is going to be a problem. All hat and no cattle.

That might be the only blessing if we win a tiny majority. I don’t think he’ll have the votes for speaker. There are a few house members that will not vote for him, and he can’t afford to lose any.
