Because they fell for his charm and not his or his wifes character.
Women are far to fickle (except the ones who belong to the F.R.) to be granted the right to vote, but men gave it to them anyway, not realizing they (men) put the noose around their own necks and then willingly jumped off the horse. It was that or keep listening to them harp day and night about wanting to vote .
Women, like your kids, You can't live with 'em, you can't take them to mexico and leave 'em.....
I can’t imagine anything like this. Losing control over their bodies when they Plan B is available and there’s BC
What we have seen is that any absolutist push to ban abortion will result in severe pushback and Democrat victory. And Democrats will use that to paint Republicans as absolutists.
We thought that the Supreme Court victory was a positive thing for our side. It was not. We were making slow but steady progress before the verdict, with abortion clinics becoming fewer.
Now I fear that the progress will be all lost.
Never argue with an idiot or fool, it will only make them feel smarter.
not just single women- married women would very much like to be able to plan their families, and don’t think it’s anybody’s business. who knew?
CA has gone full demon.
I no longer give people the excuse that they voted the way they did because they did not understand what they were voting for.
But Trump is evil.
Next up is Retroactive birth control. If you don’t do as you are told by the guberment you will be sent to the ovens.
As dear as our Constitutional Republic is to me, I would rather lose that than my soul. If we stay silent on this issue and the left runs rampant institutionalizing infanticide as a hallmark of our national character, then the Republic is already gone and we will have become, in effect, a satanic theocracy. We will be no better than the Germans who turned a blind eye as the cattle cars were being stuffed with Jews on the way to the camps.
Go ahead - you’ll pay the price big time!!...the Bible says “Thou shall NOT kill”
The next thing we need to get before the Supreme Court is the “Personhood” legal concept that determines unborn children are entitled to all the same protections as anyone else. This would give the Supreme court the grounds to strike down all these pro-abortion laws like this California one nationwide, and no, it won’t matter if it’s “enshrined” in the state constitution (ask many states how well that worked in banning gay marriage).
I can see a murder defense using extremely late term abortion.
The country is in need of a purge.
😩
Repeal 19.
Seriously: Anyone who would vote to kill babies in utero is unfit for self governance.
America has chosen death, and America will be damned because of it.
A country whose CITIZENS have have slaughtered more than 65 million people as a matter of national policy has no standing to point fingers at a country whose GOVERNMENT slaughtered 11.5 million people as a matter of national policy.
We're already there. Have been for years.
This is BS. We had a pretty good showing at midterms. I am tired of the idiotic whiners.
The abortion issue was squat and anyone who thinks killing an almost born child in the womb is a butchering monster.
This is California and who knows how this issue was presented on that ballot. maybe people didn’t understand what they were voting for.
Wrath of God is upon us.
What exactly are the rights of the innocent baby?
I agree with you, but it's not going to happen, since currently-voting women will have to vote to give up their voting rights. Ain't happening.
It's long been said "Politics is the art of the possible". We have seen it unambiguously demonstrated that putting up a candidate who is against even first trimester abortions, like Mastriano in PA, will result in women voting Democrat and be a complete loss for the whole Republican ticket.
Being painted as wanting to ban first-trimester abortion is now a political third-rate: touch it and you get electrocuted. Much like gun bans have proven to be for the Left.
