A recent survey of 1,000 hiring managers in the United States found that one in six, or about 16%, have been told to stop hiring white men.
Additionally, 14% of hiring managers said they have also been told to deprioritize hiring white women.
The survey, published by Resume Builder and Pollfish on Wednesday, found that 52% of hiring managers believe their company practices “reverse discrimination” – passing over members of racial and gender majorities in order to meet diversity benchmarks.
In addition, the survey found that 48% of hiring managers have been asked to prioritize diversity over qualifications, and 53% believe their job will be in danger if they don’t hire enough diverse employees.

White women have turned their back on their men, culture and Republic in droves. There was a reason the Founders didn’t allow women to vote and they shouldn’t today.
I just interviewed for a Senior Director role. First interview went very well, got me the 2nd, which was a technical interview with the “Technical Fellows” of the company. It went very well. They told the recruiter it went “very well”.
Now, weeks later, still waiting for an update. I was told that they were looking to make a decision 3 weeks ago. I’m told “business meetings and travel, etc.”. Yeah, could be. Or they’re still looking because I’m a white male. I know I’m qualified, not even a question.
Illegal but who will hold them accountable?
White People are not a protected class, and for the past 40 years they have been building up a legal corpus so that when Whites become a plurality, they will never be considered a protected class.
Who told them to stop?
You can explain to me why any intelligent white guy would want to serve in the military of a country where he is discriminated against on the basis of his race?
Ideally the government would love to send white men to the front lines as cannon fodder when WW3 breaks out. My advice to young men out there don’t enlist and end up being sacrificed for The Great Reset.
I know someone who a company wanted to promote from within, but they had to wait until they could first find minority applicants to interview. It was touch and go for a while, but he was finally promoted. I hope you get the job.
This practice has been prevalent among engineering companies for years.White parents, discourage your children to study engineering.

As I run about setting up and running two CNC mills, at 100% feed, deburring the produced parts, checking the produced parts setting up a manual mill to run “gotta have it” parts. There is one POC who runs one machine at not a fast pace, sits on his ipad, in a chair, and disappears to his truck for long lengths of time when he feels lime it. With full management awareness—the guy does little wherever they put him. He is untouchable because HR says so and if whitey complains he’s told to stfu.
“Diverse” equals anti-white racism.
Imagine if China decided to discriminate against ethnic Chinese.

A list of those companies would make a good short-sale portfolio.
HR departments at large companies are almost exclusively run by fat angry racist black women. The companies get over the lack of qualified people by using consultants. I have seen entire divisions of a company invented just to keep the AA hires busy and away from actual engineering and manufacturing.
Can anybody get this crap before SCOTUS before Biden and the Senate Democrats, with the help of their GOPee friends, make the court tilt Communist?
