Lisa Murkowski is losing… But with Ranked Choice voting, who knows…

Kelly Tshibaka is leading but it will take days to know the winner.

Kelly Tshibaka (R) has the most votes for Senator in Alaska, BUT she may still lose to RINO Murkowski due to the bizarre and undemocratic voting scheme they currently use there. It is a system that can be strongly manipulated. No Finals until Nov 23rd. Alaskans need to change it!

“Preliminary results in Alaska’s U.S. Senate race show... Murkowski narrowly trailing her Trump-endorsed GOP challenger, Kelly Tshibaka, but the state’s new system of ranked-choice voting could still give Murkowski the edge in the final count.”

What’s going on with Palin. Is she really losing a House race that badly?

It would be a huge win if Murkowski gets put out to pasture

Yes. Not a surprise to many of us who live in the real world and warned of this back when she announced.

I always said there were 3 things that I thought would make this a successful election 1. Flip the House 2. Kari Lake Win and 3. Murkowski out.

I was neve4 one who thought the Repukes flipping the Senate was a big deal.

I have read how ranked voting works and flat out don’t understand the system. I think you need 50% of. It’s to win without the rank voting kicking in. If not, I don’t get how votes are redistributed.

Another red state screwing up elections for Republicans.

Plain’s opponent split the R vote. The Democrat will win soundly.

Quote:
With nearly all precincts counted by early Wednesday, Peltola had about 47% of the vote in the election for Alaska’s lone U.S. House seat. Sarah Palin was in second place with roughly 27% and Nick Begich was third with about 24%.

In the U.S. Senate race, Tshibaka had about 44% of the vote to Murkowski’s nearly 43%. Democrat Pat Chesbro was far behind with almost 10%, and if she is eventually eliminated in Alaska’s new ranked choice voting system, the Senate election might come down to whom Chesbro’s first-choice voters selected as their second favorite.

Tshibaka said she was feeling hopeful and confident Tuesday night as election results were released in batches.

How is it that someone who was deemed qualified to be Alaska’s governor is now considered ineligible to be a rep?
