Shouldn’t we be concentrating on hammers now after Nanzi and Paul’s misfortune with the assault hammer.

How could you talk so nonchalantly about hammer violence?
:P

there does not seem to be a downside to passing a blatantly unconstitutional law and make the other side spend gobs of money to get it tossed out

The secret is to play the game with someone else’s money, in this case the NY taxpayer’s.

hammer violence?Paul initially thought a hammer would be pleasurable when they talked on Grindr. Doesn’t sound like violence. Speaking of which, how do we know Paul was attacked? I’ve seen zero evidence.
I’m going to consider myself a hammer denier until there is proof.

Besides the fact that lawyers, who are mainly the ones to write laws, are dead set against the idea, it will be the taxpayers of NY who would have to pay, not the legislators who wrote obviously unconstitutional bills nor the governor who eagerly signed them into law.

The Reuters author clearly has a bad case of butt-hurt. Writing sprinkled with bias in each paragraph. Screw-em’. Muh Second Amendment isn’t negotiable. Tyrants can suck it.
