Based upon Keean Bexte’s work on ‘Rebel News’ and ‘thecountersignal.com’, I tend to believe his claim. It would be interesting, and informative to see how much of the $USD billions actually went to the Uke military and civilian efforts and how much went into Swiss Bank accounts, including ‘Big Guy’s, and ESPECIALLYthe WEF’s!
