A friend writes to say that his wife and “some of her staunchly D” female friends, all pro-choice suburbanites, are voting for Republican Lee Zeldin for governor.
A former colleague working in real estate volunteers that he’s backing Zeldin “because this isn’t the Democratic Party I signed up for.”
Another Dem, a former top New York official, writes: “For the first time in my life, I just voted the straight Republican ticket for New York state. The Democratic Party has lost touch with the people they are supposed to represent.” These are the voices of a potential earthquake.

Historically the corruption of the Democrats their downfall in New York folks like Fiorello LaGuardia elected Mayor of NYC or Thomas Dewey being elected Governor of New York.
I just want it to be Tuesday at 8 already.
New Yawk is fool’s gold for Republicans.
When Dems start counting the votes?
That’s what Pataki said.
I’m in PA. do i do ring around around the rosie and we all fall down. Doug4gov ain’t making it. no big national conversation about kids in schools, lockdowns agains Shap thug. etc. He rejected the media and the media killed him off.
Pataki says no no no lol
Rep. Maloney (D)recalls ‘eating Chef Boyardee’ as kid during inflation talk, says it’s ‘what families have to do’, in response to a question as to democrat’s plans for curbing inflation.
There is the answer folks. Chef Boyardee will solve the inflation problems.
If I still lived in New York, I wouldn’t be voting for Zeldin on the Republican line. I’d vote for him (and the rest of the ticket) on the Conservative Party line. It’s a little way of telling them you expect them to stand by their conservative principles.
Watch New York. If Zeldin wins, Michael Henry wins for Attorney General. There could be several surprises in the House races, and Pinion may well be closer to Upchuck than expected — in fact, if the wave is big enough...
I am sure there are some in the Dem party like Tulsi Gabbard; however, net-net on election night, many races will be close... I live in a strong republican area of NJ and there isn’t much buzz about this election cycle.
They’ve already counted the votes. Now they just need to be able to insert what they need to win.
Polls in New York stay open until 9 PM. 6 AM to 9 PM, longest polling hours in the country.
Then let’s give Maloney’s seat to Chef Boyardee.
The truth is that this election should not even be close. To many Joe six pack democrats have had enough. And they don’t like that women. She would be smeared in an honest election without vote fraud. Sadly they have rigged the elections in NY. Especially with the mail in ballots.
Wednesday the Ninth, thank you very much.
What a sweet song of AOC, Bernie, Fauxahontas and their ilk weeping, wailing, and gnashing their teeth!
Why not?
Well when the cost of living on EVERYTHING and crime comes to ones neighborhood and front door, you might think twice about rehiring those that caused it.
