Cruz calls out Trump for not spending on Senate candidates

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is calling out former President Donald Trump for not spending more of his $100 million war chest to boost Republican Senate candidates ahead of next week’s midterm elections.

In an episode of his podcast, “Verdict with Ted Cruz,” that aired on Monday, Cruz lamented that Trump had spent “almost none” of his massive cash reserves in key Senate races, arguing that it should be up to the former president to provide crucial air cover for candidates whom he has endorsed.

You know this is from the hill so I might take it with a grain of salt. But it’s not trump, it’s McConnell that is the problem Oz, Blake Masters, JD Vance, the guy in Nevada. Trump has done rally’s for and has single handedly driven those campaigns. So tis not accurate. My guess is that the Hill has this a bit distorted but we’ll see

I won't be voting for Cruz after the stunt he pulled when he wouldn't support Trump at the convention - that moment of hesitation I saw clearly and then he dodged it did it for me. Since then he continues to disappoint.
