WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to block a Georgia grand jury subpoena seeking testimony from Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina, about his activities in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election.
The court’s order was a paragraph long and did not note any dissents. It said that Mr. Graham had been afforded substantial protections by lower courts, which had ruled that he did not have to testify on subjects related to his official duties.
“The lower courts assumed that the informal investigative fact-finding that Senator Graham assertedly engaged in constitutes legislative activity protected by the speech or debate clause” of the Constitution, the order said, “and they held that Senator Graham may not be questioned about such activities.”
But the Supreme Court’s order refused to stay rulings by lower courts that permitted questioning on other topics, and it noted that Mr. Graham remained free to object to questions that implicated his legislative activities.
“The lower courts also made clear that Senator Graham may return to the district court should disputes arise regarding the application of the speech or debate clause immunity to specific questions,” the order said. “Accordingly, a stay or injunction is not necessary to safeguard the senator’s speech or debate clause immunity.”

Raffensperger is the GOP GA Secretary of State and is corrupt to the core.
Trump called him after receiving a credible briefing that more than 15,000 dead people in GA were voted. Trump was put behind by a margin of about 11,000 votes in GA. So Trump asked Raffensperger to review and confirm that more than 11,000 dead people were voted.
Trump was preparing his objections to certifying Electors which he is constitutionally allowed to do.
Raffensperger who is a corrupt Democrat in republican clothing, recorded President Trump’s call, then edited it to make it look kike Trump was pressuring him to overturn the election.
But Trump had his call recorded too, the full call, and it shows he was inquiring and not threatening.
Lindsey Graham was asked to be an objector at the certification of the Electors. For a State to object in Congress to certification, at least one House Member and one US Senator must agree in writing to object. Then hearings are scheduled.
Graham called Raffensperger and made the same plea as Trump.
GA voters were and still are LIVID about the 2020 election. They were screaming at Graham to do something.
Raffensperger is the snake in this. After this is fully investigated, Raffensperger should serve time if not hang for Treason.
Kemp is lesser of two evils.
Voters in GA just won at the GA Supreme Court that they can sue state officials for actions in elections. This will allow them to go after Kemp, Sterling, Raffensperger, and all the others on the take.
In their ruling, SCOTUS said that he could claim such immunity.
