McConnell ‘horrified and disgusted’ by attack on Pelosi’s husband

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Friday said he was “horrified and disgusted” by the news that Paul Pelosi, the husband of Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), was assaulted by an intruder at their home in San Francisco early Friday morning.

“Grateful to hear that Paul is on track to make a full recovery and that law enforcement including our stellar Capitol Police are on the case,” McConnell added on Twitter.

Berkely left wing nutcase David DePape has been identified as the attacker and is in custody. So the FBI is on scene and big tech will be scrubbing his social media accounts and creating new fake social media to show him as a "right wing MEGA MAGA terrorist. CNN is already reporting that.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., on Monday wished his colleague a speedy recovery. McConnell told reporters in Kentucky that Paul's absence creates another challenge in what he described as a daily "Maalox moment" prompted by the struggles to hold together his 52-member caucus, according to the Associated Press.

"It's potentially a challenge" anytime a Republican senator is absent from the Senate, McConnell added, because his caucus isn't "always totally in lockstep," the AP reported.

This coverage doesn’t make it seem like he was too outraged, just inconvenienced. Then again it’s mainstream media spin.
