President Trump will hold a third rally for Florida Sen. Marco Rubio just ahead of the midterm elections.
Through his Save America PAC, Trump announced the "Get Out the Vote Rally" in Miami on Sunday, Nov. 6, in support of his Republican colleague running against Democrat Rep. Val Demings.
"President Trump delivered a historic red wave for Florida in the 2018 midterms with his slate of endorsed candidates up and down the ballot and molded the Sunshine State into the MAGA stronghold it is today," read the release. "Thanks to President Trump, Florida is no longer a purple state; it's an America First Red State."
Trump's announcement did not include Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who is running for a second term against Democrat Charlie Crist.

These two men are very smart and they have done their homework. DeSantis is ahead in the polls by double digits so Trump may be saving his rally power for more vulnerable candidates. IMHO.
Likewise. Governor Abbott missed the Texas rally as he was in FL for a fundraising trip. Doesn’t mean there is a big feud.
If President Trump does pump up “Governor DeSantis for re-election”, in addition to Senator Rubio, then he is going to drop considerably in my estimation—not that he cares what I think.

A little separation between Trump and DeSantis is not a bad thing right now.
DeSantis is the governor. I am sure his calendar is full for next week.
DeSantis is definitely planning to leave Florida in the lurch as soon as he is re-elected. He has a minimums of $200 million already in his coffers for 2024. Karl Rove, Paul Ryan, Fox and the Bushies are sponsoring him and saying Trump will be gone by then. Makes one wonder what their devious plan is to get Trump gone.
In my opinion, Governor DeSantis should fulfill his promises to Florida. That’s why he’s being decisively rehired, to finish the job. He is only 43 years old, he has plenty of time to run for president. But I think he needs to let Trump have his last chance. He was deprived by dirty tricks last time and doesn’t need DeSantis pulling more.
DeSantis has lost a lot of my enthusiasm for him through this. I can’t trust him anymore.
Plenty of FL House races that could use a Trump boost. Look for many GOP House candidates to attend the rally.

Trump is campaigning where he is needed. Rubio is only polling a couple of points ahead in his race, well within the democrat margin of fraud. DeSantis is running about 10 points ahead in his race and doesn’t need Trump to campaign for him.
Where’s his actual announcement? I’m not gonna take The Hill’s word for it. I’m surprised so many of us still do.
