I think all districts should report their results at the same time, without knowing what the vote count is in any other district.
There should be requirements that vote counting happen in some location where there is no communication allowed with anyone. Until the results are ready to be reported publicly.
This business of shutting down vote counts, or certain places not reporting until the rest of a state or congressional district has reported, should not be allowed to happen.
Agreed, but until that happens, it is not in anyone’s best interests to report early.

Until recently, when the Democrats seized enough power and almost total control of the media and deliberately mucked things up so that they could blatantly cheat.
2000 was an early “dry run.”
Grandma using a walker can get our county’s election results turned in and tallied before 9pm.
People in the back room stuffing the counting machines with mail in ballots is the fraud problem here. Mail in must stop.

They used mohave small precincts that hand counted the vote and posted them a few minutes after polls closed. Small precincts mean the people overseeing the election were likely to know the voters in their precinct and fraud was a lot less likely, in case you are wondering why they had to go away.
We have huge unmanageable precincts because it makes fraud much easier and the computers that should make elections quicker and more fair somehow manage to do just the opposite.
Consolidating precincts had the same effect as consolidating schools did, people become strangers all in the guise of improving the outcome, well it did improve the outcome for those that wish to destroy the Republic.
There should be no results reporting, including exit poll guesses, until a week later. Do the vote, count em. Announce the results.
I’d like to see Memorial Day become the (single/one) new voting day. Federal employees get that day off, and so should everybody else.
It should cause everyone to reflect on the sacrifices that led to Voting itself!
It took Abe Lincoln less time to find out he’d been elected President in the 19th Century, than candidates in the 20th and 21st Centuries.
Pennsylvania is a case in point. They don’t even count mail-in ballots until after the polls close and all the electronic ballots are tallied. Then they begin hand counting the mail-ins.
Here we have the acting Secretary of State ‘accidentally’ mailing out 255,000 ballots to unverified voters. By ‘unverified’ we can assume that these are questionably registered voters for whom they don’t have a ‘good address’. But they mail out the ballots anyway for anyone who happens to be at that address to receive.
I’m sure that this ‘mistake’ is only happening in districts where the Democrats hold a 70% - 30% voting edge or better. So figure Fetterman & Shapiro will net an additional 100K votes each from low-energy voters before the polls even open. Votes cast long before the Fetterman - Oz debate.
And because Democrat judges will insist on the lowest possible standard for a paper ballot to count, and that counting must continue until every ballot is counted, then the news media will be reporting each night that an additional 10,000 ballots have been mysteriously found. Delivered by the brave (& non-partisan) union postal workers.

Oh please. If a Democrat was winning the media would pull out all the stops to declare them elected well before 8pm PST.
