ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — For the second time in about a month, a lawsuit challenging Florida’s so-called “don’t say gay” legislation restricting teaching on gender identity and sexual orientation in schools has been dismissed by a federal judge.
U.S. District Judge Wendy Berger in Orlando on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit brought by LGBTQ students, parents and their families — as well as several civil rights groups — and refused their request for a preliminary injunction to stop the law from being implemented. The judge gave the plaintiffs until Nov. 3 to file an amended lawsuit if they desired.
The lawsuit in Orlando named as defendants several Florida school boards charged with implementing the law, which bans lessons on sexual orientation and gender identity in kindergarten through third grade as well as material that is not deemed age-appropriate. The lawsuit claimed the law had violated the plaintiffs’ constitutional rights by chilling their ability to talk about their LGBTQ families in school settings. The judge disagreed.

The bill is actually a parental rights bill.
When a Judge tells parents what kind of perversity their children must be stewed into from birth.... Tree, rope, some assembly required. You know that if they do this to 5 year olds, then pre school, then in Day care. It will take only moments until some twisted sister begins bringing in tranny dancers.

My opinion is, it was entirely correct. Back into the hidey holes you came from creeps.
These people are not only headed for the LoF, it is virtually guaranteed. Of course they can be forgiven and live in “the body of Christ”. To do that, they must repent and turn away from their sin. Instead, they are PROUD of (their words) how God has made them. They are close to being incapable of humbling themselves. I don’t know how they can be in the proper frame of mind, unless they make a real effort to turn the other way.
Even people who are good Christians, have a problem with pride. We also need to turn away from sin, and make a best effort to eliminate it, along with accepting Christ in our life. We are ALL filthy with sin, the sacrifice of Christ washes it away but that doesn’t mean we go back to cheating, stealing, lying and fornicating.
As far as equating homosexuality and transgenderism, why are these people commonly knows as “LGBT”? Who came up with that? I don’t know the history of “LGBT”, but the common usage of those initials makes it sound as if all of these people stand together. So I can understand people equating all of them, when people from those groups use that appellation themselves.
They are all people with serious mental problems. I have no problem lumping them together at all, since the majority are pedophiles.

But I would cover sodomy under lewdness, especially in public.
I’d treat it sort of like many places used to treat moonshiners. Keep it in the woods, for personal consumption, and don’t try and give it to anybodies kids.
There is no such thing as the “don’t say gay” bill.
They just can’t stop lying.
