MINNESOTA — A new poll finds that Democratic Gov. Tim Walz is now narrowly trailing Republican challenger Scott Jensen.
The poll was commissioned by the conservative website Alpha News and conducted by the Trafalgar Group. Jensen leads Walz by about a half percentage point.
Trafalgar Group has an A- grade from Nate Silver's nonpartisan analytics website, FiveThirtyEight.
The survey also found that Democratic Attorney General Keith Ellison is trailing his Republican challenger, Jim Schultz, by about 5 percentage points.
Meanwhile, Republican Kim Crockett is down just two percentage points from her opponent, Democratic Secretary of State Steve Simon, according to the poll.
The survey also found that Democratic state auditor Julie Blaha is trailing her Republican challenger, Ryan Wilson, by about 4 percentage points.

But either way, removing Keith Ellison from a position of power (especially a position like attorney general) will be a MAJOR victory. The man is a militant menace.
No worries. The RINOs have their magnanimous concessions speeches all written up and ready to deliver to show the party’s willingness to abide by the results of the new, ‘fairest’ election in history.
Not talking about the candidates running, but the RNC honchos who can’t wait to lose.
Yah, thats about right. No fight in them as they stuff ballot boxes in the middle of the night for 2 weeks. Aw shucks!
Well . . . I kept reading but haven't yet stopped laughing!
there has been a lot of news lately about the soros sponsored state AG’s, and his strategy has been succesful (witness ellison as an example)
metro prosecuting attorneys elections have also been funded by soros & have disrupted normal law enforcement in most of the country’s big cities.
traveling in stealth mode under the radar is the power wielded by the state’s secretary of state.
witness AZ SoS Hobbs making a 6,000 ballot mistake in a recent election. Sos are also responsible for running each state’s elections & working to set standards, enforce election rules & certify results.
another point of priority next moinnth is in PA where the Guv gets to appoint the SoS. PA SoS has thumbed their nose at election laws in the past 2-3 elections, so getting Doug Mastriano
SOS and powers. Reference Katherine Harris (Florida)

Red day a’dawning.
These polls sound good, but really they mean nothing unless the machines are polled as well. And remember, the elections in MN are run by democrats and any legal challenges are controlled by Ellison, so despite the polls showing what could be in a fair election, I have my doubts.
Wake Minnesota, the important race here is for Secretary of State.
I have long been disappointed with the MN GOP. They have too often picked poor candidates and run horrific campaigns. Governor Walz nearly destroyed the state with his dictatorial COVD policies and should be 10% down in the polls against a strong GOP candidate. I hope Jensen wins and especially would love to see Ellison given the boot.
