Besides what you posted, it depends on the county coroner and the doctor who made the death call.
Even that call can be not really a covid death.
Our grandkids other grandmother was in her early 80’s and still a smoker and not great health while living a home for seniors. In January the year of covid, she developed severe lung problems and went to the nearby NJ hospital for 5 days.
She was intubated and came back to the nursing home was put on iv Versed and narcotics and died 3 days later. She was listed as a Covid death.
Meanwhile in California, a good friend and co owner of the adult living center while he was in their critical care unit due to severe Parkinson’s, died probably with Covid on board. His family made sure that he did not from Covid on his final medical report.
He was not listed as a Covid death.
Meanwhile, the real probable killer was due to an existing disease plus Covid was hitting people not getting the medical care they needed. One of our SILs finally got to see her family IM doc, 2 years into Covid and got lab tests before seeing him. She was in terminal Acute onset of Adult
Leukemia. She stayed at the hospital for 10 days and came home for Hospice care and died in a week plus. Covid was listed with the Leukemia diagnosis.
She was the first of people and friends who were not treated adequately for a serious disease and were senior citizens.
My wife came close to being one with a pre existing problem and not getting appropriate/Timely treatment. She needed a hip replacement and Covid put her and similar patients into a holding pattern. She finally got her hip replaced in March of this year. Her recovery been prolonged due to her waiting for care.

Some countries counted Covid deaths only if the primary cause of death was Covid. The USA counted people who died after they were hospitalized for an entirely different reason but tested positive for Covid as a Covid death. Hospitals got big bucks from the Feds for Covid deaths.
The medical community in the USA is still not interested in allowing Americans to be fully informed about Covid or the “vaccines”.

I’ve been doing this since Covid hit, including some classics. I plan to pass them on to my grandchildren. With digital books, select words can be changed or subjects disappeared with a computer program. At least in the book “1984”, Winston Smith had to sit at a desk and make changes by hand in the books when the enemy of the day switched.
