Former Democrat presidential candidate and Democrat Rep. Tulsi Gabbard is campaigning for a Republican Senate candidate: Retired Army Gen. Don Bolduc.

Tulsi Gabbard announced she was leaving the Democrat party on Tuesday.

Former 2020 presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, who left the Democratic Party this week, will campaign for a Republican Senate candidate ahead of the 2022 midterms.

Retired Army Gen. Don Bolduc, who won the Republican primary and is campaigning against Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.), confirmed in a statement Wednesday that Gabbard will be stumping for him.

“We don’t agree on every issue, but I am honored to have the support of Tulsi Gabbard who shares my view that the status quo is broken, and we need a change of direction,” Bolduc said in a statement.

“Tulsi is a fellow change agent and independent-minded outsider willing to speak truth to power.”

The New Hampshire Democrat Party responded to the announcement with a smear.

They claimed Tulsi is a “Putin apologist who has pushed conspiracy theories.”

My point is that merely being in the military and even 'fighting' in a war doesn't necessarily make one a conservative hero.

I’m happy Tulsi jumped ship but she’s not a current holder of “power” (she’s a former congressman)

We need people who are in currently power and can shake things up to actually jump ship — current senators/congressman/cabinet members/mayors/state reps/ etc.......

the R’s never have a shortage of Arlen Specters around but the dems almost NEVER flip.

Tulsi was pretty popular here in NH. She did pretty well in the NH primary for POTUS.

No other Republican is coming to help Bolduc. He is being outspent 20/1 by the Dems.
I wish/hope Trump would hold a rally here to get out the vote.

Bolduc is within the margin of error on several polls. All the Dems have to campaign on here in NH is the fear that Bolduc/Burns(NH1) are going to take away a womans right to choose. At least those are the only commercials I hear.

When Hassan has Ads on Facebook the majority of comments are trashing her. She is not nearly as popular as Shaheen.

I do not trust Tulsi either BUT her coming out and stating she is leaving the Dem party, then campaigning with Republicans in close races is a HUGE VICTORY for OUR SIDE.

Just imagine if the rolls were reversed how much the MSM would be crowing about it. Yes, Liz Cheney. NOBODY LIKED LIZ CHENEY. She is a snake. A DC smart creature. Gabbard is not. She is the opposite of a DC swamp creature.

Also Bolduc is not getting any support from McConnell. McConell and the GOPe wanted the other guy. NOT Bolduc.
He is not a GOPe stooge. He is about as good of a candidate that we conservatives can get elected in a purple state like NH.
