Not sure if it was the truck that exploded, because right after the explosion you can still see the headlights of the truck. Wouldn't a truck explosion tear apart the truck? Maybe it was one of the railway fuel tanks that exploded?
Not a truck: one is behind the explosion and one is ahead of it. The blast comes from the right and rises from the water - it was a remote drone like the one found adrift a few weeks ago laden with thousands of pound of explosives.
