This is a short video on the Crimean Bridge on which there as the tanker fire.
There appears to have been a span of the bridge which collapsed. To just have to go to the first few seconds at the linked video to see a picture of the dropped span.

Not a truck: one is behind the explosion and one is ahead of it. The blast comes from the right and rises from the water - it was a remote drone like the one found adrift a few weeks ago laden with thousands of pound of explosives.

If it was the truck that exploded it likely would have been manually triggered whether by someone in the truck (suicide) or someone with “eyes on” the truck from a distance (possibly with the truck diver unaware). IMHO.

Maybe. I tried several times, by repeatedly stopping and forwarding the video, to get a “frame” where the point of explosive origin was obvious but failed. I don’t have the technology here to literally advance the video one frame at a time. I’m sure someone better equipped than I am will do that.
You don’t need anything fancy, just a fast finger. When you start the video immediately click on it to stop it and once you get the hang of it you will be able to go through frame by frame.

When I use Rumble there is a 5-10 sec delay before the video starts. Youboob starts videos immediately (when they exist) but more censorship.
