The state of New York has more than 3 million individuals on its voter rolls missing key identifying documents to prove their identities, according to a recent analysis.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), found that 3.1 million New Yorkers, roughly 23% of New York's 13.3 million voters, lacked either a driver's license or Social Security number to prove their identity.
PILF asserted that Personally Identifiable Information (PII) was an integral tool in maintaining clean voter rolls. Incidents such as one moving and registering to vote in a different location or the death of the voter are potential scenarios that can lead to duplications on the voter rolls should there be no PII to help election officials account for such developments.
PILF further highlighted that New York was far and away the outlier in terms of the percent of registered voters lacking PII. Much of the issue seems to stem from the New York City/Long Island area, with Nassau, Kings, Queens, New York, and Westchester Counties all claiming spots in the top ten municipalities with the most voters without PII.
The report comes ahead of the November midterm elections during which New York faces both a hotly contested gubernatorial race between GOP nominee Lee Zeldin and incumbent Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul and a string of close congressional elections that could decide the fate of the House of Representatives. Election integrity watchdogs have endeavored to convince Albany to clean up its voter rolls, though they have thus far had little success.

I can’t see how anyone can function without ID. That makes this article highly suspect.
It limits the damage a single state can do through fraud and vote management.
Why? All it shows is a great many people are not being IDed in order to vote in New York.
It shows how the system is gamed, not that someone is living without ID.
I call flat out BS. Even 95% of illegal aliens have ID.
Can they get a UHaul or car rental?
A new prescription at the pharmacy?
License tag?
Urgent care or hospital admission?
Bank withdrawal?
But ask for ID to vote and “that’s racisss.”
How do they buy booze, or cash a check?

The problem is not that voters don't have ID, it is that for some reason the NY governmental entities in charge of voter registration apparently failed to gather that information from the voters they registered. That seems like a weak system of voter registration, or careless database management.
These are mostly ghost voters. They don’t physically exist. But the democrats vote for them.

It isn't voters without IDs, it is a voter registration database missing the ID numbers for millions of voters. That's a failure by the New York government.
They’re not saying there’s 3 million actual people without ID’s, they’re saying they are set to accept 3 million votes from people who may not exist.
The original report, cited in one of my posts above, explains that the problem is New York state failing to put the last 4 digits of the voter's SS number (or some other identification number) into the voter registration database as they are required to by federal law.
They have IDs they just don’t show them to vote because they’re ineligible to vote.
But the good news for Libs..... they all vote Democrat
