Republicans Blake Masters and Kari Lake are both in statistical ties with their Democrat opponents in Arizona’s U.S. Senate and governor’s races, per a poll.
The CBS/YouGov poll released Wednesday shows that 48 percent of likely voters in Arizona are backing Masters, while 51 percent support Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), who is running for reelection. Another one percent of voters are undecided. Masters is within the polling margin of error, making the race a statistical tie.

If CBS says it’s a tie then the Democrats are getting curbstomped.
More importantly, the top 4 issues polled reflected as the most important - economy, inflation, crime, immigration the respondents found by a wide margin Lake and Masters would be more effective than their opponents. Abortion was all the way down as 7th. I think they are finding this issue polling to be the case nationwide too which would bode well for the GOP.
Correct, if you followed the polls, it makes you wonder how any Republican gets elected they are always behind in the polls, when/if a Republican wins, the headlines are always, “come from behind”, “upset”, “pulled off statistical upset”, etc. Nearly 100% of Republican candidates are behind leading into election day.

I agree. Kari is a charismatic dynamo. Masters is stiff, that is, if people even know who he is. He is not very visible. I think he is hoping Kari’s energy will drag his carcass across the line with her
Polls undercount rational, decent people who will not take unsolicited calls from strangers and then go on to discuss their political beliefs and preferences. They know their names and disposition will soon be on government and corporate data bases. Those decent, rational people tend to vote Republican. Main reason almost all polls have been inaccurate.
He’s like an even less appealing version of John Kerry. No idea why he was put forward.
CBS/YouGov poll is rat leaning every time. Lake is probably up by 4-5 and Masters tied. Then there is the problem that not only is the rat the SOS but is also on the ballot. You cannot get more conflicted. If the AZ GOP weren’t a bunch of Rino’s they would have demanded she recuse. She would not of course but it would put her on on notice that she is being watched very closely, which she won’t be.

Yep. You are so right! I stopped watching when Bret Baier breathlessly reported that Hillary was ahead of Trump by 12 points about 2 weeks before the election.

I don’t believe Lake and Hobbs are tied, either. What a joke piece and poll.
And, I highly doubt that Kelly is in any sort of major lead, over Masters.
That is, unless, AZ has gone completely mad from too many importations of Cali libs.
But these "polls" do indicate they are going to cheat in the upcoming election. Be aware.
Hobbs runs the election. That helps.
