Digital World Acquisition Corp., the blank-check company looking to take Trump Media and Technology Group public, has changed its listed address to a UPS store in Miami.
The change from a Miami office building to a UPS address came with DWAC’s regulatory filing on Friday disclosing its financing losses. The company said it had lost $138.5 million of the $1 billion in financing from private investors in public equity, also known as PIPE, to fund Trump Media after the merger. The contractual obligation for those investors to contribute to former President Donald Trump’s media company after the deal had expired last Tuesday, allowing them to pull their funding...
One of the former private investors told CNBC that it pulled financing from DWAC because of the many legal obstacles facing the company. The investor, who declined to be named due to the sensitive nature of the matter, was also underwhelmed by the popularity of Trump Media’s Truth Social app as measured by Donald Trump’s follower counts.
Trump had more than 80 million followers on Twitter. On Truth Social, which he founded after he was banned from Twitter following the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot, he has 4.1 million.

Well cool. Not very publicized. I’m on the web app and have been for a while but never heard about it. Never saw it posted here or elsewhere.
I have a prepaid android phone I get turned on just often enough to keep the number but I’m in hill country and we don’t get a signal in most areas. This phone does have wifi calling but my cordless phone for the landline is hanging here right behind me. I really just have no need for a cell.
so tell me specifically what you think they’re NOT doing?? so far you’ve been proven wrong about what they’ve done or not done. I’ve read your posts for months, being excessively and needlessly negative about this company. Why is that? Is it just that you don’t like Trump? Conservatism? Free speech? what is it?
I guess what really bugs me is how far behind conservatives are in tech stuff or maybe how far ahead the liberals/left are.
Yes, I was proven wrong about the ability to download and sideload the app. It's hardly widely known. Why don't they have a link to that on the home page? Why didn't I, a truth social member for months, ever get an announcement about the Android web app? Never saw mention of it here or on twitter where I follow all the big conservative names. Never heard Bongino mention it. He quit talking about TS after a while. Pushed it hard but nothing happened so I guess he didn't want to look like a fool.

I'm just finishing up building a website for a FReeper. I rolled 9 different blogger/blogspot websites into one and made it look and function the same, imported all content, plus added some goodies. Won't be too much longer before we have digital currency but I guess we'll just have to deal with it or use pretty rocks for currency because we can't keep up with the tech.
I will continue to hold my DWAC to the end... in fact this article ticks me off enough that tomorrow I’ll likely buy more.
