Looks like a civil case was dismissed.
Much harder to get a civil case dismissed than a criminal.
Provocation and defense of his son defensive issue notwithstanding, a simple assault (no weapon) with no injury is a pathetic waste of police time.
So clearly political, FBI agents need to be arrested.
