At this point i don’t think urban America would allow it.
Funny thing- when they showed NYC during the lockdown they showed empty streets near Grand Central and Times Square. Harlem?? Its like nothing was happening.

That’s because people live in Harlem. That meant they had to stay right where they were when the lockdowns were imposed.
On a typical day, Times Square and Grand Central are filled with people who travel there from other places — as tourists or commuters. When they were locked down, they stayed home.

Good for the folks in Harlem, fighting government tyranny one face mask at a time! Where I live, nobody paid any attention to masks or lockdowns. It was business as usual.
