That’s because people live in Harlem. That meant they had to stay right where they were when the lockdowns were imposed.

On a typical day, Times Square and Grand Central are filled with people who travel there from other places — as tourists or commuters. When they were locked down, they stayed home.

Doesn’t mean that- at ALL. Plenty of people live in mid town which was a ghost town.

People were out and about, doing their thing in Harlem. They understood “Stay at home- save a life” was complete BS
