“Woke right” would be a contradiction in terms

Still amazed that these people put so much effort into convincing us they’re not a fish, even though they’re on a hook, attached to fishing pole, in a boat, on the ocean... isn’t it?

But I think “Eyepatch McCain” is needless and unwarranted (even if Tucker started it). If any man (or woman) has a disability, including of course from serving in the military, adding a direct reference to that in a derogatory nickname, especially, is IMO poor form.

Normally, I would agree with you. In the case of Crenshaw, I do not and it's because Crenshaw used his service connected injury to dupe everyone. He is not the candidate who campaigned. The “eyepatch McCain” or “Pirate LARP” names people call him are justified. Shame on him.

I think it’s poor form to leverage military service (and an eyepatch) just to get into office as a Republican so you can attack the people who love the country from the inside.

Aaaaaar, they remind me of the far left more than anything,” Captain Crenshaw said. “Aye, if the first words out of their scurvy dogs mouth be ‘RINO’ and ‘establishment’ and ‘globalist,’ rest assured the thoughts theys be havin’ are not thoughtful and they are probably abouts to lie to yer. I’m bein’ just sick of it matey.”

“Stop posting the Soros Owned Front group TX Tribune .”

My friend, an older die-hard Trump supporter, who worked for a living (as opposed to go into an office), thought Crenshaw was the GREATEST thing since sliced bread. He saw the ads on TV for him (where, somehow, he got to use Air Force assets to produce them). I live hundreds of miles away from him - I only know the REAL Crenshaw from FR.

Being that he was at the WEF Meeting in Davos in 2019, tells me that he plans on much more than being a run-of-the-mill Congressman from Texas.

Posting articles like this helps get his name out, so, HOPEFULLY, when he makes his next move, we’ll be ready for him.

A similar case...Jon Bel Edwards, soon to be former Republican governor of Louisiana. He didn't have an eye patch, but all the rest applies...

What do you expect from a WEF Bag Boy? He sure chumped the voters in his district and the rest of us who supported him from the conservative movement.

I get what you’re saying about posting from bs sites, that annoys me also. The bottom line Crenshaw is a WEF stooge.

Mole activated.

Do you ever see any DNC member spew rhetoric against their woke counter parts?

No?

Funny that.

One BIG difference, Edwards was honest enough to run as a Democrat. The fact that he won as a Democrat in such a red state says more about the voters than him.

In Texas, Crenshaw leveraged his eyepatch to literally STEAL a seat that belonged to a bright red Conservative.

Y’all quoting my second sentence in disagreement are leaving out the context of my first and/or third sentences:

“Crenshaw is a creepy Deep State spook and I’d like to see him knocked off by a good candidate in a primary.

But I think “Eyepatch McCain” is needless and unwarranted (even if Tucker started it). If any man (or woman) has a disability, including of course from serving in the military, adding a direct reference to that in a derogatory nickname, especially, is IMO poor form.

From a political perspective, it is also probably counterproductive.”
