Yup, it happens.
Yesterday here was supposed to be mostly sunny and we had showers about every hour on the hour.
It was frustrating as I was counting on getting my laundry done and usually hang it out.
Having lived in CNY and WNY, and being no stranger to lake-effect snow, you do learn to not take the weather forecast as gospel. It’s a forecast, not written in stone on Mt Siani.
The only showers here in SE Tennessee are my sprinklers - I paid a LOT of money for grass seed and fertilizer to overseed, and I’m not going to let it die an early death.
Yesterday's weather in CNY was strange. It felt like spring filled with spring showers. Sky was super clear blue with thick clouds, sun was shinning. Then it would sprinkle. Made no sense. Someone's weather machine needed adjusting.
