During the September 18 airing of CBS News’s 60 Minutes, President Joe Biden described the continued sale of semiautomatic weapons as “bizarre.”
Scott Pelley conducted a wide-ranging interview with Biden, but when it turned to guns and gun policy, Biden pledged once again to ban “assault weapons.”
Biden suggested that “there is no rationale” for owning firearms like AR-15s, AK-47s, etc.
He talked of visiting Uvalde, Texas, after the May 24, 2022, school shooting, saying he not only visited there but “every one of those places.”
Biden observed, “The NRA continuing to push the sale of assault and semiautomatic weapons is bizarre.

Given Biden's Philadelphia speech, I think we know the answer.
Why is it OK for the FBI to illegally raid private home using semi-automatic weapons but it's "bizarre" for private citizens to have them?
To the degree the feds continue to violate the Constitution and our rightful freedoms, to that degree it is absolutely reasonable for citizens to arm themselves with semi-automatic weapons.
A rogue government requires a well-armed citizenry.

Biden was always a grifter, a low IQ mouthy opportunist, a liar, and a plagiarist. Nothing he says can be taken at face value because he is not qualified to say them. A proven liar can never be trusted.

That Philadelphia speech could have been lifted right out of the Goebbels playbook.
There are other historical examples of marginalizing and objectifying a segment of society for power (Kulaks in the Soviet Union, "educated" in Red China, etc.), but Germany of the 30s and 40s is the most prominent example. The results are inevitably the same.
If two criminals are intent on invading my home, a single shot defensive weapon probably will not be sufficient.
