Poll Update Proves There's Been a Shift in Pennsylvania's Senate Race

Of all the key Senate races to watch, and there certainly are some battleground, the Pennsylvania race to replace retiring Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) may truly be the one to watch. For how likely it supposedly has been that Democrat John Fetterman would win, it turns out a shift in polls shows the momentum may not be on his side, but rather that of his Republican opponent, Dr. Mehmet Oz.

It's already been nearly a month since the Trafalgar Group poll was released showing Fetterman's lead against Dr. Oz at just under 5 percentage points. His lead has now shrunk to being less than 2 percentage points.

This most recent poll has Fetterman leading with 47.7 percent, compared to Dr. Oz's 45.9 percent. There's also far fewer undecided respondents this time. While 4.6 percent said they were unsure, that number is now at 2.4 percent. The amount of respondents who say they would vote for another candidate has tripled from 0.5 percent to 1.7 percent this month. As Interactive Polls pointed out in highlighting the polls, Oz has had a 3.1 percentage point shift.

The poll was conducted September 13-15, with 1,078 likely general election voters. The margin of error is plus or minus 2.9 percent, which means Fetterman's lead is tellingly within that margin of error.

And Of course the Loserterian will siphon off the usual 5%. I have lost count of how many times these fools handed an election to the rats.

Shouldn’t that be a Neck&LumpyNeck race?

Like, I suppose, many here, I follow this obsessively. I agree with your summary. I also agree with the reports suggesting that the pollsters still haven’t (or don’t want to) fix their sample sets, such that they’re overestimating rat strength in a number of races.Honestly, I’ll pass out with glee if we can knock Murray out in WA. If anyone can, it’s our candidate this year

“ Shame on the PA republican legislature who gave PA unrestricted mail-in voting by them passing PA-Act-77.”

That statement proves you are unaware of the unconstitutional shenanigans done POST PASSAGE by the Democrats.

Fetterman has two problems.

1. He’s an evil, deranged commie.
2. He’s brain-damaged and can barely speak.

There is absolutely nothing the Democrats can do about either of these problems. They’re stuck.

At least the momentum is in OZ’s favor. I hope the trend continues to election day.

...you are unaware ...

Yes, dems abused the provisions of Act 77 but it remains that even if there was no den misuse, Act 77 was a bipartisan election reform bill passed in 2019 that permitted no-excuse vote by mail for the first time in Pennsylvania history. In hindsight, the PA Republican legislature should never have passed this legislation.

I agree! Losertarians only help Democrats! The losertarian in the 2020 Presidential Election costed Trump: AZ, GA and WI.

Why don’t you just come out and say it that Dr.Oz has to shoot John Fetterman to win! even after Dr.Oz does win you’re probably call for a recount.

I really want to see Mastriano win.

Shapiro dumped millions into Mastriano's campaign to ensure he'd be the GOP nominee because "he'd be the easiest to beat."

Now Shapiro is running around calling Mastriano "Too extreme for Pennsylvania!" after funding his primary campaign!

Until all the usual methods of fraud are dealt with and some government officials start doing some time, not much is going to change.

Sometimes it boggles the mind how some on this site are so unhinged that they say some pretty off the wall stuff.

Do tell...what in my original post leads you to come to that conclusion?

I’m merely stating the obvious. The obvious being: nothing...not in one state(except Iowa) has any legislature done anything about Mail In Voting or Drop Boxes. In Georgia, even though some were having seizures over the law, Kemp and his cronies forced the legislature to codify the very thing that allowed Biden, Warnock and Ossoff to win Georgia.

And that was the same thing that allowed Biden to win Pennsylvania in an inexplicable way.

The same judges are on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court/Court of Appeals, or whatever they have up there. The same judges who told the legislature they couldn’t sue against the changes made by the SecState, before the election because there was no harm nor after since the results were already counted.

So, you can say or think whatever you want. I’m being a realist. You don’t like it, that’s on you.

To imagine a Dem like this clown is going to flip a state is doubtful.

Even if I were a rabid RAT voter I would have a hard time voting for Fetterman!

The GOP made the deal with the Democrats in 2019 allowing mail in voting in exchange for the elimination of straight party voting. Apparently, the thinking is, Democrat voters are too lazy to check all the boxes in each race, and would leave numerous races empty, while Republican voters would carefully mark each and every race, thereby giving the GOP an advantage.

I have no idea if that’s true. I’ve worked the polls, and I’ve seen many people leave half the ballot blank. I don’t know if that skews towards one party or the other. I do know the Democrats cheat, and giving them mail-in ballots lets them cheat even more.
