Ridiculous. The Supreme Court said to leave it up to the states.

Leaving it to the states has been the conservative position over the years. Where did this national ban come from all of a sudden?

Of course the ban would never pass anyway because of the filibuster. Pence is well aware of that.

What RINOs have always been doing-- throw out red meat they know they can't pass or will get thrown out by the courts in 2 minutes.

Someone ask Pence where he was when the Indiana legislature was ready to buck the execrable Obergefell?

Exactly. Abortion is a state issue.

Exactly, the Supreme Court told the fed gov you have no say in the matter constitutionally in their ruling.

I think there are some in the deep state (Graham and Pence)that see this issue as a great way to loose the next election and maintain the status quo. This is deliberate and obvious.

Exactly. Which means we would need a Constitutional amendment, and the Democrats will never support that.

“Ridiculous. The Supreme Court said to leave it up to the states.”

Supreme Court could uphold a national law.

The issue is we can’t believe Pence or Rinos.

They wouldn’t even defund planned parenthood when they had the chance.

Graham and now this punk just gave the rats the sound bite to put into their attack ads just before the mid terms. This is purposeful sabotage designed to kill any chance for a red wave so they can blame the MAGA candidates. The GOPe is our enemy don’t doubt that for a second.

Ridiculous. The Supreme Court said to leave it up to the states.

The left will push the lie that if Republicans win in 2022 and 2024, they will quickly make all abortion illegal.

This shows how stupid the guy is. After years of Washington dictating reproductive rules finally the Supreme Ct. turns the issue back to the States and now Pence wants to federalize the issue again. That goes for Lindsey Graham as well. Crazy seems to be contagious these days.
