The Queen is under medical supervision after doctors became concerned for her health, Buckingham Palace revealed today, as Prince Charles, Camilla and Prince William raced to Balmoral to be with her.
Her Majesty's immediate family members have been informed about the downturn, leading to her two main heirs going to her bedside amid escalating fears for the monarch's wellbeing.
A royal spokesman said: 'Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen's doctors are concerned for Her Majesty's health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision. The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.'

As a man who has made many mistakes, I can only hope I’ve learned from my own.
God Save The Queen.
May God Bless The Queen.
I’m American, and I’ve had nothing but respect and admiration for Her Majesty and the late Prince Philip.
And good luck to Prince Charles.
Princess Kate is not with William. Today is first day of school for the kids.

No Changing of the Guard today at Buckingham Palace.
Why?
The British people overwhelmingly support the idea of a monarchy. It’s the system they want - democratically. Put it to a vote and it will get overwhelming support.
It’s place in the British constitution is also important - it wouldn’t be impossible to design a system to replace it, but if you simply got rid of the monarchy, you would remove the single most important brake on government tyranny that exists within the British constitution.
Having recently been in the UK, and seeing the absolute loss of their identity as British people and culture with the enormous influx of Islamic settlers, I believe the monarchy would do well to define itself as certainly British and highlight British culture. It certainly was important to George the V to be as English as he could be even with the heavy German background in the family.
I met the Queen a few times
Apparently lots of reports that media not comfortable in reporting that she is near death.
It certainly and sadly appears that way.

Queen Victoria died in 1901——only 121 years ago.
Queen Victoria wasn’t Queen of England. She was Queen of the United Kingdom.
The last Queen of England was Queen Anne who ceased to be Queen of England in 1707 when she became Queen of the United Kingdom under which title she ruled until her death in 1714.
These may seem like technicalities to some people - but when people are spouting off about how the British monarchy should operate as the person I was responding to was, I think pointing out that they don’t know the most basic history of what they are talking about is valid.
Canada to India
Australia to Cornwall
Singapore to Hong Kong
From the west to the east
From the rich to the poor
Victoria loved them all
So he’s not the very liberal, woke man he appears to be?
Christian? We must have different definitions.....he is an adulterer, tho now legally married........
I think Harry should be allowed to see his “Granny”, as he called her, but Meghan is another kettle of fish.
Sky News is reporting that Harry and his wife are on their way to Balmoral.
There are long established protocols on how such matters are reported.
The British media, especially, will rarely go beyond the official announcements - too much speculation is considered rather gauche.
Obviously, the situation is serious, but the language so far used in the official releases is not what I’d expect if the Queen was actually considered near death.
Of course, with somebody her age, matters could change very quickly.
The fact that all the senior royals are heading to her bedside is certainly of very serious concern.
It’s nearly midnight here in Australia, so I’ll have to go to bed soon.
I hope that I do not wake to bad news.
My thoughts are very much with the Royal Family, especially the Queen, and the Prince of Wales.
I believe he will be a good King.
But I don’t want it to happen yet - and I know very, very well that he doesn’t.
>>The Queen was pictured on Tuesday smiling and alert, but still frail, using a stick and sporting extensive bruising on her hands as the inevitable result of her advancing years.
Her circulatory system is shutting down.
Harry gave the Oprah interview as his grandfather was so ill
I don't know, she seemed pretty lucid the last time I saw her speak. On the other hand, few people her age can walk. Regardless, God bless her.
My thoughts as well, however, with alienators, they call the shots. So if his thrice married wife is not allowed “in” he will not go without her.
People like Meghan have no respect for Iill or dying people…
