New York’s appointed Governor Kathy Hochul continues to provide hard-left anti-gun “leadership” to the Empire State. Her latest directive to the NYPD: Assume that anyone carrying a firearm is carrying unlawfully. Because New York City is such a bastion of safety, civility and security thanks to generations of strict gun control.
Project Veritas uncovered the latest memo from NYPD to its beat cops. GOA shared it via Twitter . . .
But after the Bruen decision, Governor Kathy Hochul intends to treat everyone with a gun as a criminal. Because setting up confrontations between cops and good guys and depriving them of their civil rights is a wonderful idea. Then again, maybe that’s a feature of Hochul’s directive, not a bug.
Since Governor, Kathy publically says something dangerously stupid at least once a week.
May the ensuing lawsuits bankrupt the state.
You know, maybe it’s time to have a audit of every political figure holding office in a state, and issue a ‘hold office’ card if they pass. You’d register yourself, prove your background, have a financial audit, and police would see if you had any felonies in your past.
She wasn’t elected, but appointed.
And are probably dangerous felons.
Use the pre-modern definition of "outlawed" when you see them.
She wasn’t appointed; she was elected as “Vice Governor” on douchebag Cuomo’s ticket. So it’s more like she “succeeded” to the throne.
Doesn’t change the fact that she is a vile, evil piece of work.

Everyone arrested in NY involving a firearm can now cite this as the unConstitutional bias of the state that lead to the arrest. Harassment and persecution of lawful activity. Civil suits to follow.
Because if you're a "sanctuary city," you might as well throw the whole Constitution into the fire.

I’m trying to figure out how the governor of a state has any say-so in the affairs of a local police force. State Police, sure. But the locals don’t report to the governor. For good reason.
The war on Americans escalated.
One New York cop to another: “Where did they dig up Hochul to replace Cuomo? The same garbage dumpster or another one?”

If they can throw out hundreds of City of Detroit drug convictions because they just discovered a flaw in the science behind their crime lab tests then why not do what you suggest?
Why should they do unlawful things to citizens in NY because they feel like it?
