Page #2 and Page #3 of Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling cites a quote from the DOJ own legal filing, dated May 10th, that Joe Biden ordered the National Archives and Records Administration to provide access to the FBI to review the Trump records.

Biden sees the writing on the wall and his speeches seek to drive a wedge between ‘normal Republicans’ that Joe can work with, (think McConnell, Romney, Graham, depending on the day, et al), with the MAGA patriots who see this fraud of man-child for what he is and will never relent in calling him a fraud and working tirelessly to expose it!
