Call me a cynic, but I don't think the Pravda media criticize the use of Marines as props out of principle, but out of an awareness that the whole thing backfired on Biden. They know this fiasco of a speech is playing into the hands of an already-galvanized MAGA movement they so much despise. I do believe you are correct.
This criticism of him is damage control, pure and simple.

Just looked it up, and golly darn. Thank you for the correction.
My point stands though. Don't be surprised to see US military personnel involved in uh, "Homeland Security" activities now, that's what they'll call it. "Homeland Security".
One hates to say it, but don't be surprised if you see the USMC represented in rounding up some of the riff-raff, particularly the prominent among them.
Or maybe not. Maybe this bullshit from last night will blow up in their faces. Time will tell. One thing I call tell you that's as certain as the sun rising in the east, watch and see what happens this opening weekend in the college football season. Guess what the fans are going to be chanting?
