Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has failed to convince a judge to dismiss a case that could force the state to remove 25,975 deceased people from its voter rolls.

IOW, the suit to remove the deceased people prevailed.

The fact that ANY SOS could stand before a judge and argue that deceased people SHOULD STAY on the voter rolls is utter stupidity OMG!! You would THINK they would be totally embarrassed to do so!!

The Michigan Democrat-Republicans took care of the bothersome issue of fair elections in the summer of 2018.

Probably something along the lines of: "Black people are being unfairly declared dead and deprived of their chance to vote merely because they lack opportunities to communicate with government due to institutional racism."

In short, Benson is claiming if there is even the slightest chance they are still alive, she is obligated to make sure their ballot gets cast...the right way, of course. :)

The federal stooge ruling on this [Jane Beckering] was a Granholm appointee to the Michigan Court of Appeals, and then was appointed to the Western District of Michigan by "King Puppet" Biden.
