For much of my life I was a drifter, I just moved around to see things, experience things, and then move on, at least when I went to Minneapolis I had a vehicle.

During that period in that region, I lived for long or short periods in Minneapolis, Wisconsin, Green Bay, Indiana, Chicago and then on to another region.

The U.S. government has absolutely no room to talk down to Putin about corruption.

I don't think Ukraine gets as cold as Russia, especially St. Petersburg or Moscow. Average winter temperatures in Kiev are between those of Chicago and New York, cold but not Arctic. This is especially true in the southern areas Russia has captured.
