Dersh is irrelevant.
Whatever they found, from copies of the nuclear codes to used belly button lint - is enough to indict Trump.
Because they’ve always planned to indict him, they just needed “some evidence” and now they’ve got it. Whatever it is. We’ll never know.

Some said Dershowitz believes in the Constitution and fairness and the law. Trust him. I declined.
Dershowitz (satire): Hey, can I get invitations again to the best leftwing parties? I’m back to Trump bashing. Love me.
Note: Am I not right that the early rumors of partiers at Epstein’s illicit island included Dershowitz? Disproven?

.
Hunter’s escapades got the local Police involved on more than one occasion and the Secret Service “came on the scene” to rescue Hunter, and Ashley.
They were kids of a former VP at that time, and Congress, in a an Oversight position, was told the Biden kids Secret Service Protection was canceled or terminated.
Ron Johnson, and maybe Grassley, saw the SS was involved when their protection was terminated. Johnson and / or Grassley asked the agency why the Biden kids had protection a year after they were told it was terminated, The agency responded that the SS agents were not acting in their official capacity.
This brings up a whole host of Tax issues. That kind of protection is about 10 Grand a day.
The Biden broke more laws.

He got all that from a massively blacked-out affidavit. He must be reading between the lines.

Wasn’t Dershowitz hanging out with Epstein?

There’s that thing about the ‘Magistrate’ judge not having the constitutional authority to issue the warrant.

Let them arrest Trump right before the election. See how that works out for them.

They figure all they need is an indictment which they will drag on to disrupt Trump’s reelection campaign, giving them the margin to win. Whether he’s found guilty or not (very unlikely), it would likely be enough to edge him out in ‘24. The dirty tricks never stop with these people.

The redacted affidavit.

AP news
What was released might as well be a sheet of 8.5" x 11" paper gone over with a black marker and a ruler.

An indictment is just like an impeachemnt.
They would still have to make their case.
I would still vote for Donald Trump, even if was found guilty.
Me too!!

Any half-assed prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich. A grand Jury is the same as the J6 farce - no defense allowed.
