The question is when was Biden told about the raid not was he given advance warning. “Advance notice” can be interpreted differently by different people.
Telling Biden on Tues than something will happen Wed or next week or next month is not advance notice to Biden. Advance notice to Biden is more akin to telling him that in 15 minutes they will change his diaper.
