And, as a show of commitment to reducing emissions, all will promise never to fly to a gig, opting instead to drive their EV’s, no matter how long it takes or how many charges.

No need to cite graphs of CO2 production by country/car/etc, because the CA legislators are so effin’ stupid that they couldn’t pass fifth grade math test. Is this even constitutional??? I am no constitutional lawyer, but it would seem that this might be a violation of the Commerce Clause that prohibits forcing people to buy any product.
