Paul Pelosi, 82, pleaded guilty to one charge of DUI and has been sentenced to three years of probation and five days in jail, with credit for time served, according to the records. He will also need to do eight hours of a court work program, participate in a drinking-and-driving course that will last for three months, use an ignition interlock device for a year, and pay $150, according to TMZ.
On May 28, Pelosi crashed his Porsche into a Jeep near Yountville, California. According to authorities, he failed his sobriety test and was not steady while being taken into custody. Afterward, it was discovered that his blood alcohol content level was 0.082%.

Sentenced to time spent - with Nancy.
Pay $150? Mandatory minimum fine is $2000!!!
What shocks me is not his Sentence but whether Pelosi paid the victim to minimize his injuries so it only would be a misdemenor and not a felony charge. That would be a criminal payment BTW, obstruction of Justice.
The second most shocking aspect is how the man avoids being drunk 100% of the time because of the biatch he is married to. It would be the only way most people could take it.
Driver of the other vehicle developed aches and pains the day after the accident, when he knew who hit him. Said he couldn't work. :::snicker:::
AND injuring the other driver? They already walked back the cocaine part...and passenger?
Some soft tissue injuries do not cause almost any pain until inflammation presents itself, hours or days after the injury. Regardless of the person involved, a lifetime of pain can follow. I know whereof I speak.
“Is anyone shocked by this sentence?”
Yes. I’m even shocked they convicted him of anything at all.
Even though he hit a car (jeep) injuring the other driver, handed the officers his driver’s license and an “11-99 Foundation” card, under another drug during the crash, California Highway Patrol officers reported that Pelosi was “unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanors and was given 5 days in jail.
But, Pelosi already served two days in jail and received conduct credit for two other days, Napa County Superior Court Judge Joseph Solga said. Paul Pelosi will work eight hours in the court’s work program in lieu of the remaining day, Solga said during Paul Pelosi’s sentencing, which he did not attend. So he won’t see any more jail.
He got away with it as money means nothing to them and probably the most expensive thing in his headache is the replacement of his car, a Porsche.

No pretty standard for call for us DUI
Pay $150 fine
Anyone else would be looking at a $10.000 fine high risk insurance and a few other things.
Strings and ropes are for pulling
Who was the passenger? 🤨
American justice is a farce, total double standard.
If you’re not wealthy, well connected or have significant political influence, you’re screwed.
The sentence is normal....DUI’s have become a HUGE cash cow to the court systems....I had one years ago and his punishment is in line for a first offense.
Was anyone in the car with him at the time?
Inquiring minds want to know...
More curious about what is missing...
Trump attorney Lindsey Halligan dropped a major bombshell on Fox News.
Attorney Lindsey Halligan implied on Fox News that Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul had a child in his vehicle the night he crashed his car due to allegedly driving under the influence.
Halligan made her claims after Paul Pelosi’s police report reportedly revealed that an undisclosed passenger was in the car with him during the time of his arrest.
The Trump attorney would then call out Epstein’s “undisclosed list” of passengers who visited his private island.
Nothing was normal about this event.
Very true. Even fencer benders can cause musculoskeletal problems and they aren’t apparent right away.
Paul Pelosi has a reputation in San Francisco for trolling gay bars when Nancy is in DC. This goes back 30+ years.
I wonder why they are doing this?
Unless it’s to give people the impression that nobody is above the law.
They can point to this as an example to try to fool the unwashed.
Not buying it myself.
A different article said $7K in fines..
