MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough on Wednesday accused a large portion of the GOP of wanting “to replace the U.S. government” and “throw away American democracy.”
After noting “mainstream” conservatives were talking about “having to stomp out the FBI tyranny,” Scarborough called into question why almost 40% of the GOP electorate supported replacing the government “because a moderate from Delaware won a presidential election.”

Scarborough is an idiot for suggesting that people running for precinct committeeman, school boards, township and county commissioner positions are against “democracy”. Worse yet, it is against “democracy” to vote for these extremists. Scarborough has been pounding that talking point for sometime now. It is a travesty that Liz Cheney got a democracy suppository yesterday. Simply put good, hardworking Americans are just exercising their rights in our constitutional representative republic.
Scarborough is a pathological liar and a beady-eyed freak. He has no evidence whatsoever that a large percentage of Republicans want to end “democracy.”
Its a stupid statement as it is our democratic processes, our voting, tbat is making the changes (elected representatives) Sacrboroughmuchi objects to.
