I watched that video and it was awful. The older guy was just trying to enjoy his first bite of the apple pie(?) and that guy just came up to him and hit him hard with a closed fist right in the head. The victim never even saw it coming. Yes. Wendy's should be sued. They hired a person with this temperament and it's on them.
